INGREDIENTES:
- Media taza de garbanzos cocidos
- Dos dientes de ajo preferiblemente macerados
- Zumo de limón (Te recomendamos exprimir dos para que agregues a la mezcla según tu gusto)
- 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- Dos cucharadas de tahini (puré de ajonjolí)
- Tres cucharadas de ajonjolí tostado
- Una cucharada de Salsa de Ajo Habanero MonteRojo
- Sal, pimienta molida fresca y paprika al gusto
PREPARACIÓN:
En un procesador pon los garbanzos, el ajo, la mitad del aceite de oliva, un poco de zumo de limón y el tahine. Enciende el procesador y deja que los ingredientes se mezclen y formen una pasta homogénea.
Pausa el procesador y agrega lo que queda de aceite de oliva, sal al gusto, pimienta y la cucharadita de Salsa de Ajo. Vuelve y procesa por un par de minutos.
Prueba la mezcla y si quieres agrega más zumo de limón, haz ajustes de sal y pimienta. Si deseas puedes agregar paprika también la mezcla. Sigue procesando hasta que adquiera una textura de puré.
Pon el hummus en un bowl o plato para dips, puedes “dibujar” algunos círculos en la superficie de la mezcla para que se vea más chévere. Agrega el ajonjolí, paprika y un poco de pimienta por encima.
